As a member of the Human Resources (HR) Talent Acquisition team you will lead Benefits Eligible (BE) recruitment efforts for University Housing and Dining (UHD). Serve as a primary liaison for applicants, the university community, and hiring managers. Utilize innovative strategies to develop and implement effective recruitment initiatives.
Responsibilities include managing and screening applications for various UHD positions in HRIS system, monitoring requisitions and assisting in increasing applicant flow by sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline, handling sensitive and secure documents appropriately, providing top quality service at all times to internal and external customers, and providing administrative support functions for the HR office.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field, and two or more years of experience in Human Resources Administration or related field. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Salary range is $55,000+ depending on qualifications.
