Key Responsibilities

Provide logistical and operational support, including managing the case management database and generating data reports

Coordinate updates to referral forms and manage communications with volunteers and the legal team

Support the technical platforms and tools used by the team, troubleshooting issues and proposing improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Experience with data management is a plus

Experience working with websites and tech platforms is a plus

Strong technical abilities preferred, including proficiency with website editing and software

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments effectively
