    What We Are Looking For :

  • Appropriate education and experience requirements as defined by the Governing Body and any applicable state and federal laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the regulatory requirements at the state, federal, and local level
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business management
  • Important Note : if this position will serve as a Manager of Care Services, use the "Administrator" job ad example
  • Add any additional state regulated minimum requirements.

    • What You Will Be Doing :

  • Identify and implement the organizational structure
  • Responsible for all day-to-day operations
  • Provide leadership in the development of strategic long-range plans
  • Provides direction in formulating the programs and policies
  • Oversee the Agency's Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program

    • Compensation : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
