Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of finalizing the loan closing process and communicate with various parties

Review and audit loan documents for accuracy and ensure compliance with requirements

Manage daily reporting and dashboards related to closing activities

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry

Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
