Job Description :

Supplemental Health Care is seeking Family Medicine / Primary Care Nurse Practitioners in Concord, CA for a 13-week assignment at a partnering Federally Qualified Health Center. With our extensive national support structures, you can trust that Supplemental Health Care will be there when you need us. Nurse Practitioner Contract Details :

  • $75- $80 an hour
  • 13 week contract – with extensions guaranteed based on good standing
  • Month to month schedule. NP’s can request locations and shifts they prefer to work, the more flexible the better to match their schedule.
  • All ages. Support staff includes, MA’s, RN’s, CNA’s.
  • Will provide care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility
  • Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

    • Requirements :

  • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
  • BLS
  • DEA
  • Experience : 2 years of working in an FQHC Setting or recent relevant experience
