Key Responsibilities
Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs
Provide brief therapy interventions in a one-to-one or group setting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Mental Health preferred
National Certified Addiction Counselor, Level II (NCAC II) required
Minimum three (3) years experience in an in-person environment
Active license required with a willingness to be licensed in multiple states
Social perceptiveness and empathy
