Key Responsibilities

Virtually inspect damages and investigate coverage for property claims

Prepare estimates and settle insurance claims promptly and accurately

Communicate with customers, contractors, and vendors through various software platforms and channels

Required Qualifications

Experience in claims handling or a related field

Proficiency in using software platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong customer service orientation

Familiarity with insurance policies and coverage interpretation
