We are looking for an administrative assistant to manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. We are looking for someone who will uphold our goal to achieve our “higher standard” and utilize that in their day-to-day interactions with our customers / staff. Our administrative assistant’s duties include offering support across the organization. To become a successful part of our team, you will need to have a pleasant personality, as this is also a very important piece in our customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a calm, timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and positive stress management skills are essential for this position, while keeping in mind you always have support. Responsibilities :
