Job details As a receptionist / administrative assistant, you will be in charge of guiding and assisting all walk ins, answering phones, as well as completing daily tasks. Having the ability to keep an organized work environment and multi-tasking to be to have everything completed everyday.

Managing multiple tasks, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an orderly workspace. Accurate in data entry, filing, and handling important documents. Flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Education : High School
Experience : 1-4 years
Qualifications :
Ability to provide a welcoming and helpful experience for clients and guests. Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a busy environment. Verbal and written communication to interact effectively with visitors and staff.
