Sentara Careplex Hospital is seeking to hire an Administrative Associate to work part time days on an inpatient surgery unit.

Overview

The Administrative Associate p rovides administrative support to the unit. Serves as first point of contact for patients, family members and visitors on unit assigned requiring the application of excellent

customer service skills.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Certification / Licensure

No specific certification or licensure requirements

Experience

Basic office skills

Sentara CarePlex Hospit a l , located in Hampton, VA, is a 224-bed technologically advanced, acute care facility, and Certified Primary Stroke Center. Other features include specialized services in heart and vascular, urologic care, along with advanced diagnostic and surgical capabilities, a hospitalist program, and one of the state's busiest emergency departments.
