Monday - Friday : 8a-5p (varies)
Schedule : flexible, provides evening and weekend coverage as necessary
Will travel and cover 4 sites : Mundelein / Gurnee / Lake Villa & Lincolnshire
IN PERSON INTERVIEWS WITH HIRING MANAGER
Pay Range
$28.55 - $42.85
Candidate must have an Associates Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field AND
2 - 4 years of healthcare billing experience OR 4-6 years of healthcare billing experience AND
3-5 years of supervisory experience.
Major Responsibilities :
Supervision of Clinical Support Staff
- Hires, trains and directs support staff in business operations. Performs performance reviews. Provides guidance, evaluation and supervision; responsible for corrective actions when necessary.
- Develops schedules for support staff to ensure coverage 6 days a week.
- Evaluates support staff productivity and assures efficiency.
- Leads support staff meetings geared towards team building and problem solving. Provides leadership for support staff at annual events
- Assigns and oversees special projects performed by support staff.
Administrative operations and office management
EMR Training
Administration of EMR / billing system in collaboration with System Administrator and management
Payroll
BHS Safety Steward
BHS Human Resources Administration
Clinicians' license management, paneling, and malpractice insurance
BHS records keeping
