  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions, adapting instructional methods to diverse learner groups and technical proficiency levels.
  • Support change management efforts by integrating training into broader adoption strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine materials based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving mission needs.

Business Process Improvement

  • Analyze and make recommendations for business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, training and user adoption
  • Design and implement strategies to support the adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Develop and manage stakeholder engagement approaches, communications, and training strategies to enable sustained customer use
  • Identify risks to adoption and recommend mitigation strategies

  • Lead and manage small to medium-sized project lanes/deliverables, with guidance and direction from the Project Leader
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication, responsiveness, and satisfaction
  • Ensure quality of work; manage client expectations, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution in a fast-paced, high-security environment
  • Facilitate client meetings and working sessions to align stakeholders, drive decisions, and achieve project objectives
  • Identify risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Support proposal development and contribute to follow-on work and growth opportunities
  • Develop and assist in developing SOPs, whitepapers, procedure documents, etc.

Team & Firm Contribution

  • Model The Clearing's consulting approach through leadership, collaboration, and accountability
  • Support the development of team members through coaching and feedback
  • Contribute to internal knowledge management, toolkits, and thought leadership

Compensation
