Job description

Consultant

Workday success depends on how confidently people can use it in their day-to-day work. The Consultant role exists to support the delivery of experience-led adoption, helping ensure that change, training, and enablement activities are executed to a high standard and aligned to how Workday is configured and used. As a Consultant, you will support Adoption & Experience engagements by delivering change, training, and enablement activities under the guidance of more senior practitioners. You will contribute to high-quality deliverables, support user engagement and training, and progressively build confidence in Workday-specific adoption approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of adoption activities across change, communications, training, and enablement workstreams.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables such as job aids, training materials, communications, and in-system guidance content.
  • Support training delivery, workshops, and user engagement sessions.
  • Apply Adoption & Experience standards, templates, and playbooks consistently.
  • Build understanding of how Workday configuration impacts user experience and adoption.
  • Support adoption measurement activities (e.g., surveys, data preparation, dashboards)
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Foundational understanding of organizational change, learning, or enablement concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Curiosity about digital adoption, user experience, and Workday
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting environment
  • Change, learning, or HR-related study or experience desirable.
