Your Responsibilities

  • Identify potential healthcare candidates using our exclusive platform and your personal network
  • Engage potential candidates to explain MLR opportunities and assess their interest
  • Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive screenings
  • Follow up with leads to foster interest and assist throughout the hiring journey
  • Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
  • Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, completed interviews, and hires stemming from your leads

Your Compensation

This is a performance-driven, commission-based position. There's no limit to your earning potential, and your success knows no boundaries.

Earn income based on the tangible value you create:

  • Earn commissions for each qualified meeting you initiate
  • Receive additional compensation when interviews occur as a result of your outreach
  • Commission multiples on newly generated business
