Client Engagement: Proactively interact with potential clients, assessing their insurance needs and providing comprehensive solutions to meet those needs.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of State Farm insurance products to effectively communicate offerings to clients.
Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential leads and developing innovative strategies to convert them into clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and any inquiries they have regarding their insurance policies.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to enhance client experience and growth opportunities.
Licensing: Active and up-to-date insurance sales license or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of employment.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or sales is required
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centered approach.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other modern communication tools.
Customer Service: A proven track record of exceeding client expectations through active listening and problem-solving.
Goal-Oriented: Strong motivation to achieve and surpass sales goals and targets.
Flexibility: Ability to work in both in-office and remote settings effectively, maintaining high levels of productivity.
