What You'll Do:

• Identify potential healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform, augmented by your network
• Engage potential candidates to introduce MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and our recruiters for deeper evaluation
• Maintain connections with leads to cultivate their interest and facilitate their hiring journey
• Keep accurate and current data in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews, and successful hires from your leads
