Job Title: InspectorJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Inspector to join our team in a reputable aerospace manufacturing environment. This position involves using mechanical inspection tools to inspect aerospace parts and assemblies with precision and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical inspection of aerospace parts and assemblies using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Ensure quality control and assurance in accordance with AS9100 standards.
- Calibrate and use measurement tools including rulers, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Apply knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) in inspections.
- Utilize basic mathematics, including algebra and geometry, to perform inspections.
- Communicate effectively through excellent oral and written comprehension.
- Identify and solve problems efficiently in the inspection process.
- Lift and handle items weighing up to 35 lbs.
Essential Skills- At least 5 years of aerospace inspection experience.
- Proficiency in AS9100 standards.
- Experience with quality control and quality assurance testing.
- Ability to use and calibrate mechanical inspection tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Knowledge of GD&T.
- Proficiency in basic mathematics, including algebra and geometry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Work Environment
Work in a state-of-the-art aerospace manufacturing facility equipped with modern tools and technology. The environment fosters precision, safety, and innovation. The position follows a 1st shift schedule, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
