Training:
We provide comprehensive and employee centric training that will prepare you to obtain an insurance (P&C) and Life license and prepare you for success.
Our sales agents start at an hourly rate of $28.85. After completion of the training program, our full-time sales agents successfully meeting sales goals earn on average between $83,900.00 - $102,600.00 annually. Commissioned opportunities are uncapped when exceeding sales goals.
