State Farm Account RepresentativeBrown Insurance & Financial Services is growing, and we are looking for a driven, resilient, and team-oriented Account Representative to join our agency.


This is not a passive customer service role. We are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment, work hard, communicate confidently, and genuinely help people protect what matters most.


The right person is:

What the Role Looks Like


On a typical day, you will:


  • Work 10–15 new inbound leads

  • Follow up on 30–40 existing opportunities from previous days

  • Handle approximately 10 incoming customer calls

  • Service existing customers and solve problems

  • Identify coverage gaps and uncover additional needs

  • Educate customers on risks and protection options

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Help customers make confident insurance decisions

This role combines:


  • Sales

  • Customer service

  • Problem solving

  • Relationship management

  • Time management

No two days are exactly the same.
