Are you a skilled plumber eager to join a supportive team where your expertise is valued? Hall's Heating & Air LLC is looking for a full-time Journeyman Plumber to join our Amarillo, TX, team.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $140,000 / year , plus base and performance-based pay.

SCHEDULE

You will enjoy a full-time schedule with guaranteed 40 hours per week , the potential for overtime and commissions.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Journeyman Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems with a commitment to quality and professionalism. Engaging with customers, you will provide them with clear explanations, honest options, and guide them towards informed decisions. You'll maintain clean, organized job sites and ensure your vehicle reflects the same standard of safety and order. Throughout the day, your expertise will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also allow you to mentor apprentices, contributing to their growth as skilled technicians.

Here's what you need to become our Journeyman Plumber :

  • Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
  • Clean driving record
  • Experience in residential service and repair
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional attitude and the ability to work well in a team
  • Pride in workmanship and willingness to continue learning and improving skills
