As a consultant at Partner Forces, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients' day in and day out. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, our partners, and our clients to ideate, initiate and complete tasks, projects, and initiatives. You will work on mission-oriented projects, where you will bring forward actionable insights, solve complex problems, and thrive on delivering meaningful solutions.

Partner Forces is grounded in our core values of integrity, excellence, positivity, candor, determination, and teamwork. Our culture is a reflection of this, ensuring that we:

  • Apply solution-oriented thinking to challenges and opportunities.
  • Thrive by remaining agile and embracing change.
  • Work to create an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued as teammates and contributors. Bring out the best in others by applying sound judgment and exuding principled genuineness.
  • Embrace a continuous learning and growth mindset.
  • Encourage an open dialogue even when it is hard.
  • Continuously promoting teamwork and collaboration to achieve the best outcomes for our clients and teams

As an employee at Partner Forces, you'll join a team of consultants who share a passion for prioritizing collaboration, crafting solutions to mitigate risk, protecting critical infrastructure and helping our national security and industry partner tackle their most pressing challenges. At Partner Forces, we take our employees' well-being and growth as seriously as we do our mission. You will be challenged every day, but we know that business and individual growth go hand-in-hand, so we offer a wide array of benefits that support the well-being and personal and professional development of our employees.

What we are looking for:

Partner Forces is seeking a Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Policy & Program Analyst to support homeland security and critical infrastructure security initiatives focused on unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and emerging counter-UAS (C-UAS) mission areas. As our UAS and security portfolio continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to help shape meaningful work at the intersection of national security, critical infrastructure, and emerging technology. The ideal candidate is a strong analytical thinker who is curious about evolving security threats, comfortable operating in dynamic client environments, and excited to contribute to emerging UAS initiatives while helping build long-term capability within Partner Forces.

What You'll Do as a Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Policy & Program Analyst:

  • Support UAS and C-UAS related policy, research, and operational initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze emerging UAS threats, trends, technologies, and regulatory developments
  • Support the development of reports, briefings, presentations, training materials, and stakeholder-facing products
  • Assist with coordination across government, industry, and critical infrastructure stakeholders
  • Conduct research and analysis related to critical infrastructure security, public safety, and emerging threats
  • Track developments related to FAA regulations, Remote ID, BVLOS frameworks, and evolving C-UAS authorities
  • Support meetings, workshops, outreach efforts, and program coordination activities
  • Help grow and mature Partner Forces' UAS and security capabilities over time

What We're Looking For:

  • 35+ years of experience supporting homeland security, aviation security, emergency management, critical infrastructure protection, defense, or related mission areas
  • Familiarity with the evolving UAS and C-UAS landscape
  • Understanding of UAS policy and regulatory topics, including FAA Part 107, Remote ID, or related frameworks
  • Foundational understanding of C-UAS technologies and operational considerations
  • Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving client environments
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
  • Experience supporting DHS, CISA, FAA, DoD, or critical infrastructure security programs
  • Familiarity with security planning, risk analysis, or emerging technology initiatives
  • Experience supporting trainings, workshops, stakeholder engagement, or operational coordination efforts
  • Interest in helping build and shape emerging UAS capabilities within a growing consulting environment

Next Steps:

If your application looks like a match, someone from our People Operations team will reach out to schedule a phone screening. During this conversation, we will determine if the current or future position aligns with your experience and skills. If things go well, from there you'll meet with members from the project team, including the hiring manager and teammates, and possibly be asked to submit a writing assessment to showcase your practical knowledge. If we find you are a match, you'll get a call offering you the role. While we wish we could hire every great candidate who comes our way, the reality is that we can't. If you are not selected, we will be sure to connect with you and let you know so you can move on with your search. We will also keep your resume for future needs.

We look forward to reviewing your application!

At Partner Forces, we consider many factors when making compensation decisions, reflecting the unique skills and experiences each candidate brings, as well as organizational and contractual needs. An estimate of the salary range for this role is included here. We believe that salary is just one component of your total compensation package. Our goal is to support your growth and reward your contributions in a meaningful way. We look forward to exploring this further with you during the interview process.

Annual Salary Range

$85,000 - $105,000 USD
