  • Outline and review current state processes for data flow and cross functional collaboration.
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements as needed.
  • Identify most appropriate metrics/KPIs for monitoring cost and TAT drivers; generate actionable mitigations efforts ("rolling action items").
  • Maintain and manage a listing of rolling action items aligned to improving cost and TAT performance.
  • Own resolution of rolling action items through appropriate stakeholder collaboration.
  • Establish and chair appropriate forums and review cadences.
  • Spearhead strategic alignment globally across AMO through collaboration with counterparts outside of AMO North America.
  • Support other strategic organizational initiatives as needed.
  • Demonstrate ethical leadership and compliance.
  • Travel (10%) to PW engine center DATs in Columbus, GA and West Palm Beach, FL on occasion.

Qualifications you must have:

  • Advanced degree and 7+ years of experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Data Analytics; OR Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience within Aerospace or Aftermarket industry, ideally within a part repair station or DAT engine center.

Qualifications we prefer:

  • Advanced degree in STEM, Project Management, or Operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in Aftermarket overhaul and repair industry (MRO).
  • 5+ years of experience with disassembly, assembly and test (DAT) process and quality standards, ideally within a turbofan engine environment.
  • Experience in shop floor or operational settings with knowledge of cost and efficiency drivers.
  • Familiarity with airline engine maintenance costs and contract financial details.
  • Proven ability to establish or enhance business processes in a matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data, KPIs, and metrics to drive outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Results-driven with the ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in building relationships and driving results through organizational savvy.
  • Knowledge of Pratt & Whitney's headquarters structure, functions, and stakeholders is a plus.
