ResponsibilitiesLead the distribution strategy for our insurance products within the Atlantic District.
Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with independent brokers and agency partners.
Review and approve specialized insurance applications to ensure they meet company standards.
Analyze market data to identify new growth areas and product gaps.
Mentor a small team of sales professionals to ensure consistent service delivery.
Coordinate with home office underwriters to facilitate complex case approvals.
RequirementActive State Life and Health Insurance license.
Five or more years of experience in insurance underwriting or distribution.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a territory.
Experience with complex policy negotiations and broker relations.
Strong analytical skills regarding risk assessment and profitability.
Familiarity with regional insurance market trends in the Northeast.
