Job description

Now hiring a Airport Customer Service Rep, where you will respond to questions by phone, email, or in-person, manage simple records and enter information accurately, and learn company products and services to better assist others. Additional duties include provide friendly assistance to customers and team members, coordinate with other departments when needed, follow schedules and complete assigned tasks on time, support returns and exchanges in a timely manner, adhere to safety guidelines and company policies, as well as help organize and maintain a tidy workspace, handle orders, shipments, and basic inventory checks, assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, work with supervisors to meet daily goals. To succeed in this role, you should have a willingness to learn on the job, clear communication skills, reliability and punctuality, basic computer or device use, a positive, team-focused attitude, and the ability to follow simple instructions.
