A company is looking for a Medical Monitor.

Key Responsibilities

Perform medical review and interpretation of adverse events and device deficiencies reported by clinical trial investigators

Act as a medical expert for coordination of Clinical Event Committees (CEC) and Data Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMB) activities

Provide medical input into the design of clinical study protocols and oversee the development of study-specific safety documents

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine degree, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant with clinical experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, or medical monitoring

Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, FDA, and global regulatory requirements

Experience with MedDRA coding and electronic data capture systems

Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities
