Our client is a company with seven years of existence in the international distribution industry in E-commerce in Spain, the United States, and the United Kingdom. They have requested us to find a professional in the area of Management Control or Financial and Business Analysis, with a strong focus on E-commerce and specifically on Amazon operations.

We are looking for a Management Control Analyst for our international e-commerce team, specialized in the analysis and optimization of Amazon operations. The candidate will be key in the consolidation of information, generation of insights, and support in strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities :

  • Consolidate and analyze information from the company's different systems (Amazon Sellerboard, internal reports, raw data).
  • Create and maintain databases of sales, projections, costs, and margins by product, market, and brand.
  • Control logistics, advertising, FBA storage, and Amazon marketplace fees.
  • Process daily and monthly information to generate dashboards for tracking and projections.
  • Participate in pricing analysis, profitability per channel, and sales planning per campaign.
  • Assist in stock review.
  • Identify deviations, automate repetitive processes, and propose continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with returns management and refunds, and control operational expenses.

Requirements :

  • Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m.
  • Graduated or advanced student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, validations).
  • Solid knowledge in data processing and financial analysis.
  • Power Query proficiency (exclusivity).
  • Own computer and stable internet connection.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Knowledge of process automation.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce or data analysis.
  • During the process, tests will be executed to evaluate Excel and Power Query proficiency.
  • Communication and teamwork skills.
  • Continuous learning capacity.
