Become the critical behind-the-scenes catalyst that powers our global logistics operations. In this role, you'll provide essential support to senior leadership, transforming complex administrative challenges into seamless organizational excellence while playing a pivotal role in enabling our team's strategic initiatives.

Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic coordination and precision management. You'll navigate multiple priorities with grace, supporting two directors in our high-impact Supply Chain and Analytics team. From orchestrating intricate calendars to planning sophisticated events and managing international travel logistics, you'll be the organizational maestro who keeps our team running smoothly.

Our team drives Amazon Air's North American operations, managing a fleet of over 100 aircraft and creating data-driven solutions that ensure lightning-fast, reliable deliveries for our customers.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with executive level calendar management, or experience managing multiple calendars
• Experience in senior level leadership support

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
