Your Enchanted Responsibilities

This role will require you to be trained in the following positions:

Ride operator

• Ability to complete ride operator training and iROC
• Assist guests with safely loading and unloading rides
• Check safety restraints and ensure guests meet ride requirements
• Operate ride controls when assigned
• Monitor rides while they are in motion to ensure guest safety
• Clearly explain ride safety rules and procedures to guests
• Help maintain a clean and organized ride area
• Follow Worlds of Fun safety procedures and Guest‑First service standards
• Work as part of a team to keep rides running smoothly
• Assist with other duties as needed by ride leadership

Aquatics - Lifeguard

• Keep constant, focused watch over guests enjoying Oceans of Fun.
• Recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies using the world‑class techniques taught by our Worlds of Fun Aquatics Leadership Team
• Maintain a "Test‑Ready" skill level after certification-because even heroes must stay sharp!
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Training program.
• Assist other areas of the Aquatics Department whenever needed.
• Participate in 4 hours of In‑Service training each month to keep your skills strong.
• Enforce all Oceans of Fun policies across the waterpark.
• Can successfully pass all lifeguard training and licensing, including written and practical tests
• Stay calm and confident in stressful or emergency situations
• Can exit any pool or attraction without ladders, steps, or zero‑depth exits
• Communicate safety policies to guests in a friendly, helpful way.
• Support Oceans of Fun's Guest First Standards, creating magical moments for every visitor.
• Maintain consistent, punctual attendance.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Aquatics leadership.

Food Service Associate - Catering

• Greet guests with a smile and create a fun, friendly atmosphere
• Must obtain food handlers license or be willing to obtain one upon hired
• Ability to pass food handlers test and other ServSafe courses.
• Station and serve food quickly and kindly
• Keep food stands clean, safe, and stocked
• Help with daily tasks like setup, restocking, organizing, and nightly cleanup
• Work together with your team to keep things running smoothly
• Maintain the Enchanted Parks standards for Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe service

Access Control Associate - Security

• Operate walk‑through metal detectors, handheld wands, and x‑ray screening equipment
• Monitor guest and employee entry and exit points
• Verify team member credentials and ensure proper access control
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, team members, and leadership
• Use radios and phones to stay in constant communication with the Public Safety team
• Work with other team members to maintain a safe and organized entry process
• Complete accurate reports and documentation when required
• Help keep assigned areas clean, orderly, and guest‑ready
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout your shift
• Perform duties independently while following established safety procedures
• Ability to obtain security license (paid training provided)
• Comfortable working around security screening equipment
• Basic computer and radio usage skills
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and professional in busy situations

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Required age: 18+
• Must have availability to work 5 days a week from 10:30am through 7:30pm
• Ability to work Saturday through Wednesday each week
• Excited to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Ability to stand and walk for
• Flexible when it comes to job roles and responsibilities
• Comfortable with getting day of assignments
• Willingness to be trained on all rides, select water park areas, security screening, and food and beverage roles
• Ability to pass required training certifications and other testing
• Energetic, enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and great at multitasking
• Strong teamwork skills-you love working with others
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs and push 30 lbs when needed
• Clear and friendly communication skills
