Warehouse Operations Supervisor ITAD

Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. While this is a salaried position, flexibility to work beyond these hours may be required as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities and support business demands.

About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment? Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor ITAD to lead daily warehouse operations while driving safety, productivity, quality, and operational excellence.

In this role, you'll support the testing and diagnostic evaluation of incoming technology assets for refurbishment, driving efficiency and maintaining the highest operational standards. You'll lead warehouse associates, oversee inventory and operational workflows, and help ensure customer expectations are met through continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

If you're passionate about leading people, improving processes, and creating a high-performing team culture, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, material handling, and the testing and diagnostic evaluation of incoming assets for refurbishment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize workflow, warehouse capacity, and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and established inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure materials and technology assets are accurately received, tested, stored, picked, packed, and shipped according to company standards.
  • Maintain compliance with warehouse safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company operating procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, space utilization, labor efficiency, operational performance, and refurbishment workflows.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues while serving as the primary escalation point for warehouse associates.
  • Monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, diagnostic throughput, and shipping performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure warehouse equipment, facilities, testing stations, and work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition.

What You Will Bring to This Role

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution center, logistics, supply chain, or IT asset disposition (ITAD) experience, including at least 3 years in warehouse operations and 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience leading warehouse teams in high-volume, fast-paced distribution, fulfillment, refurbishment, or reverse logistics environments.
  • Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, material flow processes, and quality standards.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory control, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate frontline employees while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple operational demands.
  • Experience driving process improvements that increase productivity, inventory accuracy, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to make sound decisions, resolve operational challenges, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for training.

Why Join Ingram Micro?

At Ingram Micro, you'll be part of a global technology leader that powers the world's supply chain. We invest in our people by providing opportunities to lead, innovate, and grow their careers while making a meaningful impact across our warehouse, reverse logistics, and IT asset disposition operations.

If you're ready to lead high-performing teams and help drive operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
