This role blends customer relationship management with supply chain coordination, overseeing inventory, order fulfillment, customer onboarding, and ongoing account support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with clients, and managing operational details across turnkey fulfillment and 3PL services throughout the supply chain process.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into fulfillment operations.
  • Manage customer orders from submission through shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain customer product catalogs by adding, removing, and updating SKUs as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate replenishment needs to clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with internal fulfillment and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Investigate and resolve order, inventory, and shipment-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Generate reports and communicate account performance, inventory status, and fulfillment updates to clients on a regular basis.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records within company systems, ERP platforms, and databases.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows and customer-facing events as needed to support relationship building and business development.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field, and 0-1 year of professional experience required.
  • Experience supporting customers in manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment environments is a plus.
  • Recent graduates with internship, project, or academic experience in supply chain or logistics are encouraged to apply.
  • Interest in developing toward an outside sales role as part of long-term career growth.
  • Ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational efficiency.

Work Environment:
