Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for cross-functional partners and provide professional troubleshooting solutions to resolve customer issues. - Conduct training sessions and seminars: Assist partners to finish SDK or DSP integration and ensure the normal operation of cooperation. - Assist the business development team in collecting and organizing feedback from developers. Also, feedback should be given to the product managers to help with product feature updates. - Give ad monetization optimization suggestions and share with partners the best practices through data analysis. Also being able to summarize technical documents and FAQs. - Familiar with advertising monetization products, SDK, or Ad exchange platforms.
