Perform IV therapy and infusion procedures, such as accessing ports and central line care. Administer medications, including antiemetics, antitumor agents, antibiotics, and hormonal therapy. Conduct pain management through IV push narcotic agents and medication tolerance assessments. Follow isolation and neutropenic precautions while delivering care. Utilize phlebotomy skills as required for patient care. Work every other weekend and participate in on-call responsibilities as needed. Chart patient information using Cerner. Participate in orientation and complete necessary training modules.
