Our best-in-class products are just the start as we lay the groundwork for the future of digital banking and payments.
This position can be worked remotely around any of our hub locations. Working hours will be 1st Shift (8am CT to 5pm CT) Monday through Friday. We are hiring within 70 miles of the Hub Locations for this position : Allen, Texas; Birmingham, Alabama; Cedar Falls, Iowa; Charlotte, North Carolina; Kansas City, Kansas; Louisville, Kentucky; and Southwest Missouri (includes Springfield and Monett areas).
What you"ll be responsible for :
Performs remote customer work including design, installations, repairs, testing, and / or maintenance on technical products.
Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and software.
Troubleshoots issues and will often work across product, organizational, and 3rd party vendor lines to achieve optimal resolution.
Serves as liaison between the company, customers, and 3rd party vendors.
Conveys customer feedback to technical design and engineering staff.
May provide ongoing application, network, security support, and monitoring including servers, firewalls, routers, active directories, cloud environments, etc.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you"ll need to have :
Minimum of six years of experience in an IT Operations or DevOps role.
Experience with .NET application support.
Networking Experience including DNS Support, TCP / IP conversations, subnetting, routing, and security.
What it would be nice for you to have :
Bachelors degree in a related field.
Networking, Systems, or Cloud related certification
