About Us :
At Seven Hills Foundation, we are dedicated to improving the lives of adults facing life challenges through high-quality, individualized behavioral support services. We are seeking a driven and experienced BCBA to join our team in Plymouth, MA.
Job Description :
As a BCBA at Seven Hills Foundation, you will take charge of providing support and interventions to adults in a group home setting. While most of the work will be hybrid / remote, occasional travel between a handful of homes in the New Bedford area will be required. Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Delivering direct therapy and monitoring the work of behavior technicians & direct support professionals
- Training and mentoring staff and caregivers
- Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
