What You'll Do Develop and maintain installation schedules for all active roofing projects, ensuring optimal crew allocation and project coverage. Assign crews and subcontractors based on availability, project requirements, and skill sets. Schedule and dispatch roofing crews to job sites, providing clear details on job scope, timing, and location. Confirm installation appointments with customers and communicate any changes proactively. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and field supervisors to forecast manpower needs for upcoming months. Maintain a rolling look-ahead schedule to track project starts, milestones, and labor demands. Adjust schedules as needed for project overlaps, weather delays, or permitting issues. Track crew availability, certifications, travel logistics, and job-specific skill requirements to ensure proper resource alignment. Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm materials readiness for scheduled installations. Serve as the central liaison between project management, field teams, HR, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and timely communication. Identify potential labor shortages, schedule conflicts, or bottlenecks and work with internal teams to implement solutions. Generate weekly and monthly reports on labor utilization, upcoming needs, and schedule adherence.
