Position Overview

As a Medical Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills who enjoy multitasking and working in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients
• Schedule appointments in person and over the phone
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with inquiries
• Verify insurance information and authorizations
• Process referrals
• Assist with billing follow-up and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume office setting

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Russian
• Previous customer service, front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, patient-focused environment
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable with schedule flexibility and occasional overtime when needed

Schedule & Work Environment

• Onsite in Roseville, CA
• Office hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Schedule may vary based on patient needs
