Job Summary :

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our field employees. Your tasks will include spreading, rolling, tamping, and patching asphalt on highways, streets, parking lots, and driveways. Effective communication with the paving crew and calculating the number of required trucks for asphalt transportation from the mix plant will be vital to ensuring efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and interpret construction plans to facilitate seamless operations.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding and enforce safety policies and practices to maintain a safe working environment.

Engage in daily communications with managers, sub-contractors, and Project Managers to ensure smooth coordination.

Manage the asphalt paving crew, ensuring adherence to Asphalt Contractor's high-quality standards consistently.

Demonstrate dedication by working the necessary hours to complete projects in a timely manner while upholding top-notch quality.

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a paving operator is preferred, demonstrating your expertise in the field.

Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments, showcasing your adaptability.

Willingness to work overtime when required, indicating your commitment to excellence.

Strong work ethic, reflecting your dedication to producing outstanding results.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Possession of a valid driver's license, enabling you to contribute effectively to our operations.

Willingness to adhere to all safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
