Salary : $27 Hourly
Position Summary
The Assembly Lead oversees daily assembly line operations, ensuring products are built to quality standards, production goals are met, and team members work efficiently and safely. This role coordinates activities, provides training, troubleshoots production issues, and acts as the primary point of contact between assembly staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Coordination
Assign daily tasks to assembly team members based on production schedules.
Inspect work in progress and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
Train new and existing team members on assembly processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve assembly efficiency, safety, and product quality.
Ensure all team members follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
Strong understanding of assembly processes and tools.
