We're searching for passionate, adaptable Assistant Guides to join our classrooms serving infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 0–6).

What You'll Do
Partner with a Lead Guide to prepare a beautiful, child-centered classroom
Support children individually and in small groups as they explore and learn
Observe each child's unique needs and help them reach their potential

Experience working with young children (0–6) in a school, childcare, or daycare setting
A love for learning and a desire to grow as an educator (Montessori experience not required!)
