We are a relationship-based, forward-thinking Architecture Design, Interior Design and Engineering firm seeking a dynamic, passionate, and self-driven individual to lead the Living Environment Studio's Mixed-Use and Multifamily market. We are looking for a subject matter expert who is passionate about design and will lead our clients to continued success. This position will be a great fit for you if you are looking for a company that creates lasting partnerships with its clients, brings forth leadership opportunities, and provides a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for its employees.
Living spaces reflect who we are and who we strive to be. As the Mixed-Use and Multifamily Market Leader at EUA, you are a critical member of a diverse Living Environments Studio. As a market, we create inviting communities tailored to attract residents of all walks of life with a focus on elevating their lives and the communities with which they live in. Your responsibilities will include external and internal market leadership, relationship and project development opportunities and collaboration with design leaders, project executives and managers as part of a leadership team to deliver best-in-class strategies and design for our clients.
Leadership + Mentorship. We are looking for an individual who will lead and foster growth and development for the internal EUA design teams and have a passion for leading and elevating the client experience. We are seeking an individual who will have a forward-looking view on the market, seeking growth opportunities and market influences that may impact clients and / or the design strategies for our clients. We value learning and knowledge sharing and believe this is on-going in all roles and levels throughout our firm. We are seeking an individual who has a passion to share knowledge and elevate those around them through mentoring and support.
Collaboration + Knowledge Sharing. We are seeking an individual with knowledge and expertise specific to design, programming and planning of mixed-use and multi-family developments. You will teach and mentor team members to build skills and prepare them to synthesize information and develop presentations to both illustrate and communicate project goals and strategies. You will partner with other market leaders and project developers across the firm to share best practices, maintain continuity in delivery and leverage expertise you may not currently have and establish relationships to best support our clients.
Relationship + Project Development. We are a relationship-based firm, which extends beyond our teams and clients into the communities we serve. We are looking for an individual who will proactively engage with community and regional organizations to develop new and strengthen existing relationships. You will assist in business development activities to elevate future client opportunities, which may include marketing presentations, proposals, and interviews. You will lead presentations at conferences, within the firm and throughout the community as it relates to the market. This role will also lead our strategic planning efforts, establish annual market goals and drive towards positive outcomes to achieve those goals.
