Schedule

Providers typically enjoy a balanced practice consisting of both clinic and operative time.

Typical weekly schedule includes:

• Three clinic days
• Two operating room days
• Flexible scheduling available based on provider availability and assignment length

Call Responsibilities

Providers may participate in a shared hospital call rotation supporting a collaborative physician team.

Call responsibilities may include:

• General urology call
• Hospital consultations
• Emergency surgical coverage
• Shared coverage between two nearby hospitals

A dedicated 24-hour nurse triage service manages first-call responsibilities, helping reduce physician interruptions and improve work-life balance.

Clinical Scope

Provide comprehensive urologic care across both outpatient clinic and surgical settings, including:

• General adult urology
• Robotic-assisted surgery
• Endourology
• Stone disease management
• Benign prostatic disease
• Oncology evaluations
• Inpatient consultations
• Office-based urologic procedures
• Operative management of common urologic conditions

Physicians with robotic surgery experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience with pelvic floor reconstruction is highly desired.

Patient Volume

Typical clinical workload includes:

• Approximately 25–30 clinic patients per day
• Approximately 5–6 surgical cases on operating room days
