Input invoices into Quickbooks Accounts receivable : track, create, and send client invoices Assist with preparation of accurate journal entries, bank reconciliations, and other month-end close activities Monitor and verify that transactions are properly recorded in the general ledger Assist with expense report review Assist with tax preparation Maintain project trackers for monthly revenue recognition process, communicate status updates to Finance Leadership and team Assist with production and media finance tracking Perform special projects and ad hoc reporting as required by Finance Leadership 1 year of relevant bookkeeping and / or accounting experience Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting required, or working toward one Solid analytical skills High energy level and desire to work in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, G-Suite Quickbooks experience a plus
