The full salary range for the position is ($62,321.91 $93,482.87) with an anticipated starting salary between entry ($62,321.91) and midpoint ($77,902.39) of the range. It's essential to note that the actual salary offered will be determined based on several factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, education, certifications, training and internal equity considerations.

Purpose of Role :

The Accountant maintains accurate capital asset and financial records and supports the Agency's financial reporting and audit processes. This role reconciles accounts, assists with preparation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports, ensures compliance with GASB standards, and supports internal controls to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting and three (3) years of experience in :

• Financial reporting or analysis
• General ledger accounting
• OR an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
• Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.
