We are a top-tier, full-service law firm seeking a seasoned Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing high-quality legal services to our clients, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of our firm. Responsibilities :

As an Associate Attorney, you will :

1. Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial.

2. Conduct comprehensive and effective legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.

4. Provide sound legal advice to clients on a variety of business law matters, including corporate governance, contract law, compliance, and regulatory issues.

5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends that could impact our clients' business operations.

6. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives, and providing exceptional client service.

8. Contribute to business development efforts, including networking, client presentations, and proposal development.

Qualifications :

To be considered for the Associate Attorney position, you must have :

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the state bar.

3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on business law and commercial litigation.

4. Proven experience in conducting depositions, mediations, and discovery.

5. Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.

6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

7. High ethical standards and professional integrity.

8. The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
