Grow your Buyer career in manufacturing procurement.

We are seeking a Buyer with 1–2 years of purchasing experience to support our pump manufacturing operations. This role ensures the timely procurement of quality materials and components at competitive costs through effective supplier management, accurate order execution, and collaboration with internal teams, while adhering to company policies and applicable regulations. Key responsibilities include :

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers
  • Request and analyze quotes, bids, and proposals
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Build and maintain effective supplier relationships
  • Support supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Order Management & Execution

  • Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and completeness
  • Create, issue, and update purchase orders
  • Track open orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
  • Assist in resolving pricing, quantity, quality, and delivery discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and records

    • Analysis, Compliance & Collaboration

  • Analyze inventory levels, usage trends, and demand forecasts
  • Support cost control and continuous improvement efforts
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and finance teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Adhere to applicable regulatory and contractual requirements

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency with manufacturing systems and Microsoft Office
