Department : Finance & Purchasing

Grade : 190

Salary : $24.38 / hour

Job Duties :

  • Responsible for updating and maintaining contract files; they also acquire goods, services, and supplies through the competitive bid process under the direction of the Senior Buyers
  • Processes purchase orders and provides clerical support for the Purchasing Administrator and Senior Buyers
  • Serves as backup for the Mail Room and Office Services functions during busy times and in the event of an associate's absence.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Associate's Degree preferred.
  • One year of experience in purchasing and bidding, and minimum of four (4) years of administrative experience.
  • Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
