Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative creative strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee and guide the creative team in producing outstanding visual content across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Review and approve designs artwork photography and graphics produced by the creative team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand competitive.
  • Present creative concepts and designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for creative projects ensuring successful on-time delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
  • Monitor the performance of creative campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work and creative campaigns.
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
  • Strong understanding of branding marketing principles and consumer insights.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.
  • A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Passion for staying ahead of design trends and emerging technologies.
