Luxury Lifestyle Hotel | Curio Collection by Hilton

A luxury lifestyle hotel within the Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive commercial performance across multiple channels.

This role is ideal for a hospitality marketing professional with strong brand, digital, and campaign execution experience, preferably within the Hilton portfolio .

Position Summary :

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies that support hotel revenue goals, brand positioning, and market presence. This position works closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and external partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with hotel business and revenue goals
  • Ensure full compliance with Curio Collection by Hilton and Hilton brand standards , brand guidelines, and marketing initiatives
  • Support and execute brand-wide campaigns, promotions, and Hilton Honors initiatives

Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage hotel digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising
  • Coordinate with Hilton marketing platforms, tools, and approved vendors
  • Optimize online visibility, brand storytelling, and guest engagement through digital channels
  • Monitor and manage online reputation in collaboration with Operations

    • Campaigns, Promotions & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and special packages in coordination with Sales and Revenue teams
  • Support marketing efforts for group business, catering, and special events
  • Identify and develop local partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorship opportunities

    • Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Analyze marketing performance, campaign results, and ROI
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
  • Adjust marketing strategies based on data, market trends, and business needs

    • Vendor & Project Management

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, photographers, and other marketing vendors
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals across departments

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 35+ years of marketing experience in the hospitality industry
  • Previous experience within Hilton, Curio Collection, or another major hotel brand is strongly preferred
  • Solid understanding of hotel marketing, digital marketing, and brand-driven environments
  • Experience working with hotel marketing systems, loyalty programs, and brand compliance processes
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines
