Qualifications :

• Minimum 7 years in sales / marketing sales operations business planning or a related field.
• Proven track record in leading business planning initiatives and driving organizational change.
• Ability to analyze sales CRM data; prior sales operations experience preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving IT AI and sales teams.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in business (no need to develop AI models but must understand their use).
• Proactive mindset for identifying organizational challenges and proposing data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field required.
• Certification in data analytics project management or AI applications is a plus.
