Job Summary : The Nurse Assistant assists in providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or other healthcare professionals. This role involves supporting endoscopic procedures, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. You will assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor and record vital signs, prepare patients for endoscopic procedures and ensuring they are comfortable, assist the medical team during procedures, ensure proper sterilization and handling of endoscopic equipment, ensure cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and procedure areas, and accurately document patient information.
Monday-Friday work schedule. Some Saturday work hours depending on center needs
NO call required, NO Nights
Ability to float to other centers with added compensation
Pay range : $17.00 - $24.00 / hour based on experience
Required Skills : High School diploma or GED. Current BLS. CNA, MA or other certifications preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
